Rick holds a passion for sales and operations; he also represents the industry well by supporting the customers’ needs. His duties include managing household goods, commercial, and logistic projects. Rick works to meet the needs of the customer and his fellow employees.
He also served for 10 years in leadership roles in the California Moving and Storage Association (CMSA) as the Chairman, Board Member, and as chapter President.
Rick Hosea began his career in the moving and storage business as a Van Operator for Mayflower Transit in 1986, after successfully completing a Van Operator’s course at Mayflower’s training facility in Carmel, IN.
After working with both Mayflower and United Van Lines as an owner-operator for 17 years, he accepted the position of General Manager with Rossiter’s Moving and Storage. He also served as General Manager and later President of Domestic Services for Crown Worldwide Moving and Storage, where he was responsible for the three California branch locations in Union City, Ontario and Sacramento, as well as Crown’s Van Line interstate fleet. His results garnered him recognition from United Van Lines making him one of the few to receive awards both as a Van Operator and an agency leader.
Rick Soeder began his career as a staff accountant with Armstrong Relocation in Texas in 1995. He was promoted to controller after 1.5 years and was in charge of all areas of accounting and financial reporting.
